At this point we sell it all by the whole, half, or quarter. Local pickup only.
It costs $2.85 per pound of hanging weight plus processing which is around $.86 per pound hanging weight. Prices are subject to change without notice.

I am still figuring out what an average is for me. A whole beef hanging weight for me is around 450 - 600 lb. Once it is cut up, you usually get about 60% of the hanging weight. A 550 lb. hanging weight beef would get you about 330 lb. of cut meet for a whole beef.
